3. Offer and conclusion of contract

3.1 The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.

3.2 By clicking the checkout button, you are making a binding declaration of intent to order the goods listed on the order page. The purchase contract is concluded when we confirm your order immediately after its conclusion by sending a confirmation email to the email address you provided. This confirmation email contains all data of the order including the present general terms and conditions.

3.3. The order of goods with contractual conditions will be saved by us until they are processed. This data is available to you in the form of the data specified in section 3.2. sent e-mail after the conclusion of the contract. In addition, you have the option of saving or printing out the text of the contract when ordering.

3.4. The final contract is in German.

4. Return costs

If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal (section 5), you will have to bear the costs of returning the goods if the goods delivered correspond to those ordered.

7. Prices and shipping costs

7.1 The prices mentioned on the product pages do not include VAT (small businesses, § 19 UStG)

7.2 In addition to the prices stated, we can charge you shipping costs for delivery. The shipping costs for standard shipping are free internationally, amounting to 1.95 euros for Germany-wide premium shipping and 3.50 euros for international premium shipping. 8. Payment and delivery

The purchase price has to be paid in advance and is due with your order. The goods will only be shipped when the purchase price has been paid into our account or we have received a corresponding payment guarantee from your bank. Payment can be made in the following ways:

- Paypal (SEPA direct debit, giropay, Sofortüberweisung, Trustly, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX)

9. Limitation of Liability:

No liability is accepted for incorrect attachment of the film or damage caused by heat treatment or cleaning. Furthermore, damage that occurs despite the protective film being attached is excluded from liability.

10. Dispute resolution:

According to an EU directive, every European retailer must display a link to the platform for online dispute resolution (the so-called "OS platform"), where retailers and customers can try to settle their disputes over online purchases out of court

11. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until they have been paid in full.
